Hey, I’m Alex
I’m a genuinely happy woman who’s learnt to create a life that feels balanced, intentional and wholeheartedly mine
I lead from my heart and believe life is at its best when it’s lived with honesty, kindness, connection and joy. I love beautiful things, meaningful conversations, time in nature and embracing my softer, feminine energy. I’m passionate about creating a life where work, wellbeing, relationships, adventure and rest all have their place, because I don’t believe we have to sacrifice one to have the other
I don’t believe in having it all. I believe in creating a life that feels right for you Her Wholehearted Life is my little corner of the internet where I share exactly that. Here you’ll find my hair salon, the products I genuinely use and love, simple wellbeing practices, my favourite places, and the online business that’s helped me create more freedom, flexibility and choice, all woven together into one wholehearted life.
It wasn’t always this way.
A season of significant change led me to rethink how I wanted to live. Following major surgery, menopause, therapy and later an ADHD diagnosis, I found myself questioning everything. Deep down, I knew the way I was living no longer felt true to who I was or the life I wanted to create.
So I began listening to myself
I slowed down. I learnt to trust my inner knowing. I looked at my relationships, my work, my health and the way I spent my time. Little by little, I created a life that feels more aligned, more balanced and more like me.
That’s where Her Wholehearted Life was born
Today, I divide my time between my salon, building my online business and sharing the things that genuinely support the life I’ve created. I don’t separate work from life anymore, they complement each other. Whether it’s beautiful hair, wellbeing practices, products I love or helping someone create more freedom through an online income, everything I share comes from personal experience and something I truly believe in.
More than anything, I hope this is a space where you feel seen, heard and understood. A place that reminds you to trust yourself, embrace what lights you up and create a life that feels wholehearted in your own unique way.
